An Interior project based on intercultural cross between Portugal and Brazil.
The Hall, main entry and exit point of the house, crossing space, represents numerous trips over the centuries between the two countries. Designed like the hold of a ship, container of bags, objects, species and knowledge ... that go, that come, that intersect, that exchange. An eclectic space filled with time and experiences.
The Living room, space for living and experiences, is a contemporary interpretation with strong references to the 5 Centuries of cultural exchanges between Portugal and Brazil. The exchange between cultures, reflects itself by crossing times, materials, shapes, textures and colors, in the 3 functional areas that are distributed through space.
